Can we preview content before buying?
Yes. Every course on the Elymica Marketplace includes free preview lessons. You can review the lesson structure, learning outcomes, and curriculum alignment notes before purchasing a school license.
What happens when our license expires?
You will receive renewal reminders 30 and 7 days before expiry. If a license lapses, students lose access until it is renewed. Your school admin can renew with a single payment. No re-setup required.
Can we request custom content?
Yes. Contact our school success team to discuss custom content commissioning. We can connect you with qualified African publishers who specialise in your curriculum and subject areas.
Do you support offline access?
